  • Go for a fixed price deal. Agreeing to a fixed monthly cost, with no hidden extras, makes it easier for you to budget for the year – and no surprises.

  • Guaranteed response times. Check to see how long the IT company takes to fix your system. If it is more than 4 hours, cross them off your list.
  • Size matters. One man bands can provide a good service. But if they are sick or on holiday, who is going to fix your system? To be safe, pick a company that has a large team of engineers.
