Google launches new web browser

Google, one of the leading internet search and application providers, has today launched a web browser aimed at providing a rival to Microsoft's Internet Explorer and Mozilla's Firefox.
Promoting a better service than current products available, Google Chrome is claimed to provide a more reliable and faster browser due to the way it displays webpages and net-based programs.
Google noted that it could handle interactive online applications with more ease than its competitors, using a process manager that allows each tab in the browser to run processes individually, meaning that a single problematic page does not affect the rest of the browser.
Speaking to the Guardian, Roger Kay of Endpoint Technologies Associates, said: quote marks? This gives Google another opportunity to protect its flank and to create a new branding position. Quote marks?
"We like this move by Google and believe it can help to increase or at least maintain its leading search market share."
