Online recruitment fairs are a good way of assisting with diversity or accessibility issues, according to the publishing director of Graduate Recruitment.

Jayne Rowley said that recruitment fairs taking place online offer similar opportunities to those that are face-to-face, as well as offering the chance of private online interviews.

It was reported by the Mirror that a national online graduation fair gradfairz.com was to run from June 16th to 18th and would showcase a variety of jobs for graduates.

"For recruiters with diversity agendas or candidates with accessibility issues, [online recruitment fairs] remove a lot of the obstacles thrown up by recruitment fairs in the real world," said Ms Rowley.

She added that online fairs also offer candidates the opportunity to search recruiters details make appointments and send CVs or make online applications.
