Connect has been providing IT support since 1993. The company has grown rapidly to become the market leader for small and medium sized businesses and organisations in London and across the UK.
For a fixed monthly fee, our customers have unlimited access to our IT helpdesk and on-site support. We provide a range of other IT services – from disaster recovery to server upgrades - but always at a fixed budget and a guaranteed timescale.
Connect’s Support Helpdesk is based at Canary Wharf, with a team on highly trained IT engineers at different locations in the UK and Europe.
Having been ranked as a Virgin Fast-Track 100 business, the company has received acclaim in the national media, including the Telegraph, FT and Sunday Times. Connect was set up by Adam Afriyie, who is a past finalist for Ernst and Young’s ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ award and a passionate advocate of fixed-price services in the national media.
