As part of our growing team of Field Support technicians, you will be the public face of Connect, meeting a wide range of our clients at sites across the country. Each day will bring a different challenge, from needs analysis, initial problem diagnosis to building, installing and configuring hardware and software.
You will need to be able to develop a good rapport with clients as well as make recommendations about technology options when required. You will have a strong Field Support background with a good depth and breadth of knowledge, ideally MCSE qualified with at least 2 years server troubleshooting. MAC knowledge would be an advantage.
