As a member of the Technical Support team, you will provide in-depth troubleshooting as well as researching and providing solutions. You will help solve complex problems through from start to finish working alongside our team of expert senior engineers. Ideally MCSE qualified, you will need at least 2 years Microsoft experience and server troubleshooting. Knowledge of MS Exchange is essential and understanding of MACs would be an advantage.
