Joining our 1st Line Helpdesk is a great opportunity to launch your career in IT. You will be responsible for handling incoming technical calls, providing an initial diagnosis and then fixing a variety of IT problems directly over the internet.
You will gain experience in solving a huge range of technical issues, learning from our expert senior engineers. You will need good basic desktop support skills in MS Windows and MS Office and a natural flair for IT. A background in customer service or an IT department could also be an advantage.
